Brushwood Panel Production is a very exacting program from harvesting the correct brushwood sticks to loading the finished product on the trucks for delivery.

The brushwood manufacturing machine uses hydraulic rams to compress brushwood to the desired compaction, runs wires through the brush panel ( normally strong 2.5 mm galvanised wire ) and pins the wires from both sides of the brush panel together ( normally 3.5 mm galvanised pins ).

The seven wires on each side of the panel are then used to strain the brush panel to a post on erection.

Large saws are also used on the machine which cut brushwood to the desired height.

The work is very labour intensive and represents value for money for the end product of the Brushwood Australia Brushwood Panel.
